Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of personal care and beauty products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or resolve the issue.

Lost Packages

IGEM U Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
